These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of LibidoBalance.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and information

We sell food supplements and related wellness products. Product descriptions are provided for general information only. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual experiences and results vary.

4. Ordering and contract formation

  • When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart.
  • After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
  • The purchase contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors).

5. Prices, taxes, and payment

We ship across the EU from Bulgaria. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and/or in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs checks (if applicable), peak periods, or address issues.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.

7. Returns and refunds

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. This right may not apply to certain items, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

9. Subscriptions (if applicable)

If we offer subscriptions, recurring charges will be clearly disclosed before you subscribe. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your account or by contacting support. Subscription terms shown at checkout apply.

10. Promotions and discount codes

  • Discount codes are valid only under the conditions stated and may be time-limited.
  • Unless stated otherwise, codes cannot be combined and may not apply to already discounted items.
  • We may withdraw or refuse codes in cases of misuse or fraud.

11. User content and reviews

If you post reviews or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use and display that content for Site and marketing purposes. You must not post unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Courts in Bulgaria may have jurisdiction, but you may also have the right to bring a claim in your local courts if you are a consumer.
