This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for orders placed on LibidoBalance.com. We ship across the EU from Bulgaria.
1. Shipping destinations
We currently ship to most EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there at this time.
2. Shipping costs
- Free shipping – available on orders over €99 (cart subtotal threshold).
- Standard shipping – cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
3. Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
4. Delivery times
Delivery times depend on your location and carrier network. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.
- Bulgaria – typically 1–3 business days
- EU (most countries) – typically 3–8 business days
- Remote areas – may take longer
5. Tracking
Where available, we provide tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appearure down. just kidding.
6. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to us. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
7. Lost, delayed, or damaged deliveries
If your parcel is delayed, please allow the carrier a little extra time, especially during peak periods. If you believe your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@libidobalance.com with your order number.
For damaged items, please include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label within 48 hours of delivery so we can help quickly.
8. Refused or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is refused or not collected and is returned to us, we may refund the order value minus any return shipping and handling costs charged to us by the carrier.
