Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. This page explains how withdrawal works for orders placed on LibidoBalance.com.

1. Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods. If your order contains multiple items delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after the last item is received.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To withdraw, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day period. The easiest way is to email us: hello@libidobalance.com.

Please include your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the end of this page, but it is not required.

3. Returning the goods

If you withdraw, you must send the goods back within 14 days from the day you informed us. You are responsible for the goods until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Return costs

Unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Refunds

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if you chose a more expensive delivery method, we refund only the standard delivery cost).

We will issue the refund no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the transaction, unless we agree otherwise.

6. Important exceptions for sealed goods (health and hygiene)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. This can include (for example) sealed supplements and intimate products where the seal has been broken.

If a product is returned unsealed, opened, used, or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or apply a reduction in refund value where legally permitted.
