Right of Withdrawal

This page explains your 14-day right of withdrawal for orders placed on LibidoBalance.com, operated by GR-Bulgaria EOOD (Ltd), William Gladstone Street 37, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria. The full terms are in our Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

1. Your 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you, or a person you name (other than the carrier), receive the goods. If one order arrives in several parcels, it ends 14 days after you receive the last parcel.
  • To use this right, tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw before the period ends. You can:
    • email us at hello@libidobalance.com with your order number, or
    • complete and send us the model withdrawal form at the end of this page (optional; any clear statement is enough).
  • It is enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends.

2. Sealed products: hygiene and health exception

Many of our products are food supplements and intimate-care products (creams and gels). Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(e)) and the equivalent UK rule (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(e)), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery.

This means:

  • Unopened, sealed products: you can withdraw and return them within the 14-day period.
  • Opened products or products with a broken seal: these cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described (see our Returns, Withdrawal & Refund Policy, section 5).

Please check your order before opening any seal.

3. How to return a product: free returns with a prepaid label

Returns of unopened products within the 14-day withdrawal period are free of charge. We send you a prepaid return label.

  1. Email hello@libidobalance.com with your order number and the items you want to return (or use the withdrawal form, see section 1).
  2. We will confirm by email and send you a prepaid return label with instructions. You do not need to look up a return address. The label already contains it.
  3. Pack the items unopened and in their original sealed packaging, attach the label and hand the parcel to the carrier within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
  4. Keep the receipt or proof of drop-off until your refund has been processed.
  5. Returns from the United Kingdom: our prepaid return label also works from the United Kingdom. Mark the parcel as a returned good on the customs declaration so that no new import charges arise.

4. Refunds

  • We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery costs (not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our cheapest standard option), within 14 days of the day we received your withdrawal notice.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have shown proof that you sent them back, whichever is earlier.
  • We refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not pay any fees for the refund.
  • Return shipping costs: when you use our prepaid return label, the return is free for you. If you choose to send the parcel back another way, you pay that cost yourself.
  • If an item comes back used or handled more than necessary to check it, we may deduct an amount for the loss in value.
