Our range has eight different Spanish Fly drops. They come from two brands, Cobeco Pharma and Pharmquests, and are all sold as liquid food supplements in small dropper bottles. This guide sets out what each product page lists (size, ingredients, intended user and price) so you can compare them clearly. It does not make claims about effects or results.

How the variants differ
Spanish Fly Extra S-Drops (Cobeco Pharma) is the largest bottle at 15 ml and has the shortest ingredient list: water, L-arginine and vitamin C, with the preservatives E211 and E202. It is also the only variant whose product page gives an exact serving: 3 ml (about 15 drops) per day, taken directly or diluted in a glass of water, with a maximum of 3 ml in 24 hours.
Love Potion, Free To Fly, Passion, Red Hot, Angel and Hot Fly (Pharmquests) have the same specifications on our product pages: a 10 ml dropper bottle, zinc and vitamin C as key ingredients, L-arginine and schisandra as additional ingredients, a sweet flavour and a light aroma. Apart from the name and the packaging, our product data does not record any difference between these six.
Spanish Fly Female Pleasure (Pharmquests) has a different formula. It is intended for adult women and lists niacin, Siberian ginseng, ginkgo, saw palmetto, L-arginine and L-lysine.
How to choose
- Check the ingredient list first. Choose the formula whose listed ingredients suit you, and avoid any product with an ingredient you prefer not to take.
- Size and serving information. Extra S-Drops comes in a 15 ml bottle and states its serving size on the product page. For the 10 ml Pharmquests variants, the serving size is on the label.
- Who it is intended for. Female Pleasure is labelled for adult women. The other seven are described for adults in general.
- Read the full label. The label on the bottle is the definitive source for ingredients and directions.
How to use
- Spanish Fly Extra S-Drops: take 3 ml (about 15 drops) per day, directly or diluted in a glass of water, for your own consumption. Do not exceed 3 ml in 24 hours.
- Pharmquests variants (all seven): use as directed on the label. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
